Thermal Test Engineer (San Jose, CA – Entry Level – Full-Time)

  • Education: MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Sciences or related discipline
  • Experience: 0–2 years (recent graduates encouraged)

What you’ll do:

  • Set up, execute, and analyze thermal test campaigns for electronics, semiconductor modules, battery systems, and data-center components.
  • Collect and interpret temperature, flow, power and other relevant data to support model validation and design iterations.
  • Partner with simulation and design engineers to refine prototypes and improve performance metrics.
  • Assist in developing new thermal characterization methods, instrumentation setups, and test plans.

Who you are:

  • Solid grasp of heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and thermal systems.
  • Hands-on experience or strong interest in instrumentation, sensors, data acquisition and lab work.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, detail-oriented and ready to thrive in a remote team environment.

Benefits & Compensation for this role:

  • Salary range: $90,000–$110,000 (depending on qualifications and location)

Technical Sales Executive (Remote – Full-Time – Senior)

  • Education: BSc or MSc in Engineering, Physics or a related technical field
  •  Experience: Minimum 5 years in technical B2B sales — ideally in semiconductors, data centers, electronics, thermal or simulation markets

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and manage relationships with clients across electronics, semiconductor, data-center, automotive and energy sectors.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business-value propositions.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to define scope, shape proposals, and ensure customer success.
  • Drive new business, lead sales campaigns, expand market footprint and represent HeatSync’s mission-driven brand.

Who you are:

  • Proven track record in solution-based technical sales (B2B).
  • Excellent communications, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable selling complex technical/engineering solutions remotely and working independently.
  • Prior exposure to simulation tools, thermal solutions or electronics systems is a requirement.
