Technical Sales Executive (Remote – Full-Time – Senior)

Education: BSc or MSc in Engineering, Physics or a related technical field
Experience: Minimum 5 years in technical B2B sales — ideally in semiconductors, data centers, electronics, thermal or simulation markets

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and manage relationships with clients across electronics, semiconductor, data-center, automotive and energy sectors.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business-value propositions.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to define scope, shape proposals, and ensure customer success.
  • Drive new business, lead sales campaigns, expand market footprint and represent HeatSync’s mission-driven brand.

Who you are:

  • Proven track record in solution-based technical sales (B2B).
  • Excellent communications, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable selling complex technical/engineering solutions remotely and working independently.
  • Prior exposure to simulation tools, thermal solutions or electronics systems is a requirement.

  • Base salary: $100,000–$130,000 (On Target Earnings)
